When do attributes increase?

Hi all

I'm an old pcm player back for the first time in a few years. Have started a game and up to April, but something is confusing me, probably a dumb question.

On the riders' Evolution screen it looks as thought their stats should've increased, but those same riders still have the same attributes as at the beginning of the season, in some cases the graph shows a higher stat than the Attributes section on the General tab. Am I missing something, when should the attributes update?

Hi, came here looking for the same thing. in season 2 (carreer mode PCM22) and none of my riders have any kind of increase in there stats... not even the young guys.. What's going wrong?
