Question about renewal of rider contracts

Hi everyone,

After a few years away from the game I now returned to play pcm 2022.I understand there has been a change to the rider contract system so you have to initiate contact to riders from other teams before you can offer Them a contract after 1.august.
However, I find it odd that I cannot renew the contract of your own riders before the 1. august as well?
Especially since I keep getting notifications in My mail box about other teams extending the contract of their own riders.
What is the reasoning behind this and how "easy" is it to extend the contract of the riders you want to keep after the 1. august?

It is because the Appdata folder is hidden in Windows by default.

Type 'run' in search and type %appdata% and press enter.
You will now see all the folders in the Appdata, and you should see PCM 2022 folder.

Haha, sorry. I have no idea how it got posted here, i literally posted it another thread. Didnt even have this thread open?? Grin

But i think only way to extend the contracts before 1 August is using a editor. Every rider cost Dossier points to basically even start the contract talks. But riders on your own team is usually cheaper in points.
