slight pic making problem

I have decided to return to PCM after a pause,since I want an all pic DB I started to find the first 4 pic missing,easy task,since I have made zillions of pics I thought no problem here 100 x100 circular on transparent easy one,and then put it in the gui cyclist photo with the correct nameæ.BUT when I want to see the pic in the game it is just a cyan square on transparent so where do I go wrong. thx in advance....birch 23
