Some few teams are still gambling as I am awaiting there decision on continuation...but other than that a good first look of next years changes in the divisions.
PCT > PT
Aker - MOT
Polar
Duolingo
Los Pollos Hermanos
cycleYorkshire
Team UBS
5 automatic promotions in Aker, Polar, Duolingo, Los Pollos Hermanos and cycleYorkshire will fill the PT division to 22 teams again. As the only clear disbands are on relegation spots, no secured additional PCT team goes up for now.
Still waiting on the PT decisions by Evonik, Generali, Grieg and EA Vesuvio though, which could see some more movement I guess.
CT > PCT
HelloFresh
Aramco DP
Trans Looney Tunes
Gjensidige Pro Cycling Team
Crabbe-CC Chevigny
Strava
Volcanica - Fox
For now just one clear additional promotion team in Strava, who follows as 7th of last years CT and joining Hello Fresh, Aramco, Trans Looney, Gjensidige and Crabbe as top 5.
Strava taking the clear disband spot of Mapei. Though still waiting on information from Amaysim, Lierse and Project Africa as well.
Some teams in PT and PCT lost the fight and are relegating. Those are:
Due to last years reduction only 3 PT teams go down this year. Mapei is a said disband, while Amaysim has a questionmark right now with Xero being a clear PCT team next season in the hope to come back stronger.
PCT > CT
Carrefour - ESPN
Jura - Fiat
Podium Ambition
Tryg - Ritter Sport
Eurosport x GCN
Eurosport is a said disband, while the other 4 teams are the other bottom 4 PCT teams to join the CT division next year, while I still await on clear continuation info by Carrefour.
In CT Pas Normal Studios an expected disband was coming back just in time to remain in the game, but won`t make the disband promotion.
For the moment this makes it 22 PT teams, 24 PCT and 11 CT teams + couple of new managers for the CT division. So PCT is down to 24 teams only.
Hopefully those teams sitting just on the edge, which e.g. would be UBS as 6th in PCT or Popo4ever as 7th, will know their exact fate as fast as possible.
In case of too many disbands of the yet unknown, we will need to consider again as usual, e.g. how far we move up from CT to the top etc. Will keep you informed in that case.

JOHANNESBURG (November 5th, 2021) - The following statement was released today by jandal7, through his personal attorney and general manager Jackson Hughes, Chairman of Lionheart Awesome Management Enterprises ("LAME"), located in Johannesburg, in response to questions about his future career plans:
"I'm Back."
Spoiler
this is so so stupid but I thought of it months ago and remembered it and thought I may as well... funniest member of the year right here, now that's the real joke am i right
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant." [ICL] Santos-Euskadi | [PT] Xero Racing
Thanks Roturn. Cool to see Strava return to the PCT. Less cool that it is because of managers leaving and not so much own merit. Lets see if we can somehow survive the snake pit that is PCT.
"It’s a little bit scary when Contador attacks." - Tommy V
Congrats to Dark Wolf for achieving first season promotion as well!
And as much as I hate to see matt leave the game (hopefully that's just temporary!!!), it's great for Switzerland to have UBS back at the top! Hopefully they can build up a more-than-just-an-elevator-team roster again
Congratulations to everyone moving up! I hope you will navigate your way through transfers with an increased budget well and have a competitive season ahead of you.
Conversely, many enjoyable and inspiring teams of great managers have to take a step back for a while, but I'm confident in the managerial abilities of all the teams in question to come back stronger soon!

Thank you very much!
Fortunately my schedule looks less demanding this month, so that's just in time to take care of Volcanica - Fox for the next season. I was already making plans for another CT season, but now I have to throw those out of the window and start fresh with the PCT in mind. Well, either way I am still ready to give my best.
