I was trying to edit my pro cyclist stast with PCMDB Edit, and I was wondering which folder should I edit; I tried with the DYN_procyclist_charac_history, the only one that shows my rider stats, but nothing happened in game, even if the stats remain changed in the database, so they're saved there

Its called OfficialRelease in the folder Database or under %Appdata% if y mean the mod/pcmupdate

Do you mean the attributes (Flat, Mountain, Hill, Time Trial etc) or the palmares?

for the attributes you need to edit "DYN_cyclist" and scroll down to where your character is.

i cannot find my pro cyclist in the database any idea why i can find my character in weekely saves folder but changing it does not affect anything

Try opening and editing your "savename".cdb file in C/appdata/etc/weekly saves not the "officialdatabase.cdb" file in mod folder.
