Equipment missing feedback - email bug

Hi.

I recently asked my sponsor to develop my wheels. Since they finished I was supposed to recieve test results from racing, but the bar never moved. Then when it was "supposed" to be finished and I had to leave the feedback whether I wanted them to continue the R&D or keep it I cannot click anything. I leaves me with no option to click on anything on the "Equipment" page. I cannot progress the save game since it is an email which is mandatory to answer. What do I do? After it came I tried to search around on the web with no answers. I found what I believed would hotfix the problem but the PCM Career Explorer where I manually edit the date to either after or before the problem does not help at all. It still pops up and I am not able to progress my save I already spent more than 16 hours on and really tried building up a nice team for the 2nd season.
