How do i shortlist someone?

Hello,
This is the first year that i bought PCM and I really like it. Im still learning a lot, and one of the things I can't find is how do i put someone on a shortlist?

1. Select the "World -> Search" tab
2. Search with your criteria (e.g Contract Is End of season)
3. Right-Click on the name of the rider and select "Shortlist" from the right-click menu.
4. Advance the game one day.
5. You can now see them in the "World -> Shortlist" tab

You must "Continue" at least one day forward, in order for the riders to be saved to the shortlist - otherwise the game doesn't save the riders to your shortlist for some reason.
