Roglic decides to attack on the descent towards the final climb already.
He stays ahead for a while but is brought back by a big effort of Novak with 4km to go.
Novak immediately attacks himself and breaks away with Per, Korosec and Pogacar.
Into the finale, everyone’s back together, but Novak still leads.
He doesn’t have the energy anymore though, it’s Mohoric who leads into the final few hundred meters.
It’s almost a photo finish between teammates. Mohoric scores a surprising win, Roglic is second.

Slovenian Championships - ITT
A couple of capable riders, but most from one team ...
Indeed, Cedevita has many contenders here, Pogacar is the first and he sets a strong time at 1h11’35.
Surprisingly, Groselj can’t beat that.
Penko was slower than Pogacar at the intermediate time checks, but the youngster seems to have overdone it early. Penko beats him by a good minute in the end.
The non-Cedevita rider that comes closest is Per, but he doesn’t even get into the Top 3.
