Räim is the top favorite, but there are a few fast guys who could snatch it from him with the right timing.

After a messy leadup to the final 3 kilometers, things clear up a bit on the finishing straight. Kalf is furthest ahead behind his leadout, then Räim, Kiskonen, Pruus, Laas and Vahtra are bunched together.
Nearing the red kite, Kalf already starts to sprint, while Räim and everyone else are now following Laas.
Kalf still leads into the final 600 meters, Kiskonen jumped into second place with a nice acceleration.
Räim needs to get going if he wants to make good on his favorite status …
But he doesn’t get there! Massive effort by Kalf, who will ride in the Estonian NC jersey next year.

Estonian Championships - ITT
Should be a fairly sure thing for Taaramäe.
Pruus does what is expected of him, finishing third and collecting the bronze medal.
Kangert and Taaramäe arrive almost at the same time. For the Gazelle rider, even if it looks bad, it’s still comfortably enough to take silver. But as expected, no one stands a chance against the reigning Vuelta champion.
