Negative Budget

Hi guys, I was playing career mode, i had 2 Mln budget. When i went to 2019 the budget became negative. Consider that i bought all the best staff possible because I had a lot of budget to spend(3 scouts, a doctor, 3 trainers) . I was wondering if this was only a bug or what are the things that influence this decrease in budget from one season to the other(I think that until 31 december budget was still positive but I'm not sure because i can't check incomings and loss of the previous seasons). I thought that the staff was payed at the end of each month, but maybe it's paid also at the beginning of the year??
