I started without any problem. Then I quited the game just after the 4th stage of Tour Down Under. When I played again on this career, the whole game races had changes and every single race (except World Tour races) switch to get the GP Québec profile. Meaning Saudi Tour has for example 5 stages with the GP Québec profile, such as every one-day race...
What should I do ? |

I ran into the same problem. All of my races are now Quebec-Quebec for the season. Previous weekly loads don't resolve. |

Normally this means you've installed something in the wrong place
.strange it would only happen during a season ...if you search the forum you should find some answers

Do you have it in the same spot, after the fourth stage of the Tour Down Under or after the first time you close the game? Does it happen with every save? And are the other modes fine, so does everything still look the same in one-off race mode?

Didn't happen till my 3rd season. Already finished first week of TdF. Did the Quebec-Quebec stage thinking it was normal. Then the next race was the exact same thing. After the third time, I realized it was a problem. It shows up as the race for 90% of my remaining schedule. Tour of Spain is a reiteration of this stage but my Giro stages show up as what I completed. I uninstalled and reinstalled on Steam and the issue wasn't fixed. Almost every race I have left in my season is this so the game isn't playable or fun. Send email to Cyanide today.
If I go to one off race, all the stages are correct. It is something in my Pro Career save. I spent several seasons trying to get my solo rider to this stage, I don't want to start over |

That is really weird. I would have agreed with MacC that the Quebec stage is usually an indication of an installation gone wrong, but if the stages are generally there in other modes (and also if it happens to big races that have stages from Cyanide), that can't be the issue.
When did you start your career? Cyanide released a patch last week that resolved a few long-term career issues and if you started before that, there might be nothing we can do. But also, if you could send me your savegame (upload it somewhere and post the link), I'll take a look and see if there's anything obvious that might be fixeable.

I had a similar problem in career mode. The last weekly save was also corrupted, but an older one (luckily just two or three weeks ago) was fine and the issue didn't occur again (at least until now).

It happened to me too. My 1st season, everythingh was ok until Strade Bianche, it has the GP Quebec profile. I still don't know if on the following races it will be the same because I really want to race the real Strade Bianche race. Any possible solutions to this? |

Are you all using a database which isn't dowloaded to your pc? It happens to me as well. I subscribed to the database which loads it.but this takes some time. So when you load your savefile while the database is not loaded property some of the races will be change to quebec-quebec.
What you should check before loading your save is try starting a new career and see whether you can select your database. When it is there you should be fine but when it is not vissible ( you should see a n Orange line but the text of the database is not readable) you should wait until it is vissible.
I tried contacting cyanide with this issue but it is hard to know whether I did it correctly |
