TTT's are hard, I don't get them. In ITT try to keep the 2 bars at the same level. |

I always simulate TTT, they are almost impossible to win in 3D mode.
For ITT I try and keep the two bars the same. Alternatively if the route has a climb in it, then I try and save a little extra energy for that. I find I can make up some time on the climbs (especially at the end of the stage).

Also if the route some descents you can can use much more energy on the other parts of the stage becuase the rider doesn't use any energy downhill on tt's |

TTT's are ok if they are long (60km or so) for ITT's i use my early riders to find a constant percentage which works well are then set m leader for that and hope for the best

It's easy to win TTT's, you have to have many riders with 72 TT+, then start at 90-93% with all the riders, then I change the seconds if there are someone that are tired / feeling good |
