equipment on a budget

hey guys, i started a career with plowman cravern and without thinking i just got all the equipment that i usually do. however it's the end of january and i've only got £100 000 left. it's not goin to last me through the season so i'm gonna start again. unless there is a way to make it last?
the team will mainly be racing flat races with a few tt's so i was wondering what is the best equipment to go for to get maximum flat stats and as high a tt stat as i can get by spending the least amount of money.
any help would be greatly appriciated.
p.s i'm using the pcm daily 2008 database.

Don't bother, unless you have money to burn it's not worth it, the difference it makes is minute (if it actually makes any difference)

Even if you do simulate, it doesn't have any difference at all. There's no reason to buy equipment other than for the sake of the visual. |

if your in easy or normal mode it doesn't effest your performance. in hard it will.

i'm playing on hard, how much of a dfference will it make?
might just get some aero helmets to make it look a bit better. |

In PCM 07, equipments makes the tinest different. And the only difference that is made is on the wheels. Helmets and Frames are all in the textures so they dont change. |
