A long flat team time trial gets the action underway in our three day sojourn in Northern Italy. Sixteen teams line up to try to get their GC guys into the best possible position at the end of day one. The leader's jersey is definitely a worthy prize too for whoever leads the fastest team past the finish line. It's a bright and sunny day with little wind as we get things started.
