Welcome to the south of Finland, the Hanko region for this growing cycling race. The riders will have to deal with some rain, but at least there is next to no wind. We have 5 laps on this big circuit before deciding the winner.

So the breakaway is established early on with these 7 riders. The peloton are content and quickly allow them a gap of 2 minutes.

Back in the peloton there are quite a few teams contributing to the early pacemaking. 60 km in the gap stands at 3'36''.

57 km to go the breakaway is on the penultimate lap of the circuit as we see them on a lone tiny "uphill" section. Their gap is down to 2'02''.
