change sponsor's expectations

Amateur Posts: 18 Joined: 08-08-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Please, how can I change sponsor's expectations? I try to change my team - leave Astana and join Francaise De Jeux, but sponsor still has very high expectations, 4 example only one plus (+) for Tour De Romandie overall winning, I need to change it, but OI don't know why I know how to use Hannes converter. Thank You
