After 2 brutal finishes in a row, it's time for the GC guys to take a break. The sprinters will have an opportunity for a stage win if their teams can control the breakaway.
Guerao stands out in terms of sprinting ability but he doesn't have the acceleration to match. There are a number of riders who could win this one.
With 135km remaining. We have a bit of a split-up breakaway situation.

Setiawa wins the first of 3 KOM sprints.
Nych wins the 2nd one.
Setiawa wins the 3rd and final KOM sprint of the day. 57km to go and the lead of the front 5 over the Peloton is 2'45.
27km to go and the gap is down to 1'20.
The catch is made with 6km to go and we will have a sprint to decide Stage 3.
2.6km now remaining. On the left we have Perera followed by Mareczko and Suryadi. On the right we have Carrefour and Duolingo working for Hayekawa and Van der Sande respectively.
We approach the 1km kite and most the top sprinters do still have a lead-out man to guide them through.
600m now and Van der Sande looks to be in the best position but he's got a handful of riders for company.
300m to the line. Van der Sande, Hayekawa and Perera are looking the most likely candidates for victory here.
It looks like Van der Sande may just have this one wrapped up.
And he does. It's a well-executed stage win from Van der Sande. Hayekawa is 2nd while Suryadi rounds out the podium. The top 5 is completed by Mareczko and Perera.
It's then Boudat 6th, Lutsyshyn 7th, Knoychev 8th, Zariff 9th and Hodeg in 10th.
