The same favourites. Will today be third time lucky for the sprint trains?
KOM sprint 1 and Moricz will have a bit of a fight on his hands. Nikiema wins this one and moves to 9 points behind the Philips rider who took 2nd.
113km to go and we have a group of 7 with a 3'15 gap to the Peloton. Eaton Sweeny Nikiema Antonijevic Moricz Sulvaran Insausti
2nd KOM and it's Nikiema who wins it again. He moves to 21 points. Moricz keeps a comfortable gap though as he comes 2nd and moves up to 28 points. He will wear the jersey tomorrow.
The final KOM of the day and it's the same result. Nikiema now 9 points clear of 3rd and only 5 points behind Moricz. This sets up a nice little sideshow for tomorrow. The breakaway still holds a 2'45 gap with 57km to go.
35km remaining and the Peloton has upped the pace to bring the gap down to 1'40.
19km to go and Eaton can see the downfall of the break and gives it one last effort.
The Peloton comes roaring past the escapees with 10km to go and the sprint preparation begins once again.
2km to go and this is more promising for Vesely and Degenkolb but not for Groenewegen who is out of team mates already.

700m to go and hard to know who is in the best position here. Groenewegen has been out front for a long time now.
200m and it's still Groenewegen with a slender lead over Swift.
100m now and Swift pulls ahead and should win this one. A whole line of riders fighting for the podium spots.
And Stage 4 goes to Swift who takes the opportunity to celebrate as he hits the line!
It's very close between the rest but Degenkolb and Vesely finally give some return to their teams by closing out the podium. Liu is 4th with Nizzolo 5th. Samolenkov is 6th and Guerao is 7th.
Groenewegen manages 8th which is surprising given his early launch. Van Poppel and Scully round out our Top 10.
In the KOM, Moricz has a 5 point lead going into the final stage over Nikiema.
The 4th from Liu was enough to take the Green jersey. This should be all he needs to take this one home tomorrow.
