I'm looking to lower every riders' salary to a certain fixxed amount pre season (5k or whatever)
I would assume it's done at DYN contract cyclist but I'm kinda lost.
That's the right table, should work just fine.You'll see previous contracts, too, of riders you renewed or have left the team. You'll only need to adjust those with the ticked active box.
I've tried adjusting the column finan_i_period_wage but that doesn't do anything in game. The only other column which allows me to fill in a numeric value, apart from the beginning and end year of contract, is iRole but I doubt that is the correct one.
I don't see any column which gives an indication of any salary values, is that supposed to be so?
That is the correct column, too. iRole is the rider's role, 1 is absoulte leader, 2 is absolute sprinter and so on.
Probably just a basic technical mistake. You cannot edit "on the fly", you have to end your game first, make the changes anfd then save those (with Lachi's editor "export to cdb" ) and then load the (new) savegame in PCM (usually a good idea to choose a new name when making db changes).
Also, you have edit your savegame which should be in documents/PCM 21/cloud/username (by default probably called career_01.cdb or similar) . Not the officialrelease.cdb.
I can edit every stat in the DB which shows up in the game except for this one it seems. I've tried multiple different values for this column ranging from 2500 to 25000 but it simply won't do anything. It's not really of that much importance anyway, it's just annoying that I somehow can't get it fixxed lol. Thanks again anyway.
Hmmm... I don't have PCM 21, but I just tried it once again in PCM 20, changed the salary of one of my riders and immediately saw his new wage when I loaded the new savegame. No idea why it's not working for you, sorry.
