career mode sponsor bug

Hello guys,

I currently have a problem in career mode regarding sponsors. I chose a sponsor for the 2023 season without R&D programme. But the game sent me a mail from my 2022 sponsor saying i have access to their R&D programme. Now when i go to materials i cant click any R&D stuff because i didn't get it, but the game wont let me progress because if i don't do any R&D it keeps sending me back to the mail.

Can i do anything to make this mail go away and progress?
