column iRole in cyclist contracts

Hello. I am new to PCM2020 and what to edit my rider contracts. Does anyone know what the column "iRole" in DYN_contract_cyclist regulates and what the numbers (1 - 6) stand for? Thanks.

The role the riders have in your team, something you agree on when offering a contract or extentsion. I'm pretty sure it's:

1 - absolute leader
2 - absolute sprinter
3 - leader
4 - sprinter
5 - luxury team mate
6 - team mate
