Can't play the championships with the national team in career

I get to select my riders and then the game just simulates the european/world championships and my riders didn't even participate.
Anyone else having the same problem? I tried changing things in DYN_cyclist_national_selection and in DYN_national_team but nothing seems to work.
I also don't know where to find those races in the database since they're obviously not in DYN_team_race.
