This is the point when you stop giving a damn about this race because Vicioso always wins the stages in a sprint between him, Moreno (Benfica) and a Zenmind guy. Haha! This time that is not going to happen. Stay tunned.
Another hilly stage. Another BOTD that didn't even come close to winning the stage. Gallego (Benfica) up front with Costa(LA/MSS B ) and Sobota (B&O) following him.
But that's old news. Here's the new news. Vicioso attacks with 60 km to go! No one follows him and this looks like a suicidal attack from a guy who's already in the lead...
He caught the escapees, flew by them and still had 3 minutes over the rest of the favourites.
So it's another stage for Vicioso!
Gutierrez and Moreno are the only ones who seem interested in catching Vicioso and work their asses off trying to close the gap. That led them to create a small gap. Well not so small, because they gained one minute on the rest of the favourites but still lost 2min to Vicioso. Moreno took 2nd place and Gutierrez took 3rd. Wow, I didn't see that one coming B)
Rovny led the rest of the favourites to the finish, 3min after Vicioso.

Well, I told you this stage was different. No sprint win for Vicioso. He didn't have to sprint this time...
