I have a question. Is it possible to see a scouts attributes before signing him? I play with Euskaltel and need a scout with high mountain scouting attributes, but I can't find them before signing. So do I have to gamble and sign somone who might turn out to be best at scouting sprinters? Or can I maybe find the scout attributes in the editor?

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the only way you can see a scout's stats before hiring him is by using one of the editors.

I think the stats are in the DYN_staff table.

You can always backup the game, hire the scout and if you don't like the stats reload the backup.

I think I'll do that. I hope Cyanide will look into this problem in the next game. You should be able to see the scouts attributes before hiring. That goes for the trainers' specializations aswell.
