The pack screwed it up and three breakaway riders (Dowsett, Galdos and Rodruigez)

Galdos 2nd and Dowsett 3rd.

I expected more from the GC guys today. Mestre lead the way in for 4th. but no gaps were awarded. There was no selection on the hill as you can see.
