9/11
Shooting Star
The events that took place 7 years ago will never be forgotten. RIP to all those who died on that fateful day.

Although today is of course a sad day, I don't think we should forget all the civilians and soldiers who have lost their lives afterwards due to the 9/11 attack (which is, of course, much, much more than the amount of lost lives on 9/11)

Why are we paying homage to this and not the immensely bigger tragedies since?

Which is plain wrong. Less people died than those who die PER DAY in the Western Sahara genocide.

Was that 7 years ago already?

Wow...time goes fast. But maybe not so fast for the ones who lost loved ones, it must be hard.

I remember my parents waking me up and sitting me in front of the TV. The first thing I saw was the second tower being hit.

I remember I still had piano lessons 7 years ago Grin and I was at one of those when I heard the news, because it was around 4 o'clock our time...

then I went into a electronica store to watch what happened...it was surreal. Nobody knew what was exactly going on and people thought the palestinans attacked USA Pfft

I remember it. I came home from school that day. Oddly enough i was doing a report on New York for the class actually.
