We think Silva is a rider who can play a role both in the PCT and in the CT, either as lead sprinter, or as the guy you send to stage races to pick up a stage win or two in races where the top sprinters aren't participating due to other mountain or hilly stages. His many race days means he'll figure in a lot of races, making him a good option for difficult races who also have one or a couple of flat stages. Silva is also a PT worthy rider, where he should be able to do well as a leadout rider. Admittedly that was our plan for him last season, but then we couldn't sign any world class sprinter to make work of Silva's possible leadouts.

It's with great reluctance we're offering Trondsen for sale. Our dream is still to see him fight for the win on Champs-Elysees in a brutal Tour de France, where he due to his superb recovery survives the mountains and sprints home for such fame. He's very similar to Silva regarding what role he can play in a team and a division. He's better on the hills, which could see him fight for wins and top placings on the tougher flat stages too, compared to Silva. Only at a 65k wage, should make him an attractive rider, we hope.
