van der Poel won 2 stages in the Giro last season. First from a break, which he really is perfect for and second from a peloton uphill sprint. Both unmaxed! Now he is even stronger than that and very well allround.
Valls and Ciccone stat wise look pretty similar with first having better backup stats though. Good domestiques on higher level but probably with more results in PCT and in especially CT.
Zardini being a strong hybrid climber/puncheur on a very good wage! He showed incredible performances in the 2019 season where he had a series of top10 results in the PT.
Stuyven is a great domestique for any puncheur or a rider for own palmares in the CT mainly. On minimum wage!

Valls can go to whatever offer is coming for him! Even the smallest possible! Which could be a decent deal for any CT team looking to find a rider for a better than FA price.
Basically same for Zardini, even though I hope to get a bit more as his wage is fairly low.
Van der Poel has had lots of interest so far. It would need a very good offer to beat those.
His stats delivered him GC results in the past 3 years such as :
- top5 in Pais Vasco
- top10 in Paris Nice
- top20 in Liege Bastogne Liege
- top30 in Tour de France, Dauphine Libere
- 22nd in Tirreno Adriatico, Balkans
And he can go for a not very high fee.
