To cut to the chase: this year we have a nice crop of riders for your needs. Primarily CT level leaders and upper level superdomestiques. We think you can get great value here for both riders who have proven themselves over the years and riders with great potential.
Of course, please do not take this as an exhaustive list of the riders we would allow to leave during transfers. Come at me with any offers you have, even if some guys are less likely to leave than others. Just don't take offense if you are rebuked. For full information on availability, please visit our HQ post.

Christopher Juul-Jensen is somewhat of a Carlsberg legend. He joined the team in 2017 and instantly put in a huge performance to stave off relegation before following it up with another great year in 2018. He fell off a cliff in 2019, and it seemed as though his best days might be behind him. But after his team relegated, he came back with a vengeance to finish top 10 in the CT individual rankings, with extreme consistency all year.
JJ is a cherished member of the team, but it's hard to a see a place for him in PCT with us. He's clearly not PCT leader material, but we don't have plans at the moment to get a top puncheur for him to back up, and his ACC is his biggest asset anyway. So, he is likely to be sold. Ideal situation for us would be that he goes to a CT team to lead and rack up some more results while he's still at his best.

Fabbro is not someone we really want to give away, but logistically it probably makes sense. We have a bunch of second tier climbers that have matured this past year, and a bunch more that are coming next year. It's a place of depth that might make sense to detract from if it helps us add somewhere else.
As a potential target, he checks a lot of boxes. He's still just 26 years old, and is already eligible for training. He has a proven palmares already, having won Sakartvelo Trophy last season from a daring solo attack. He also placed well as a secondary rider in hilly classics. We think he's best fit for leading in CT. He did well when given the chance to do that, and struggled a bit when paired with a comparable but stronger Warbasse.

We'll be honest - Quaade is inconsistent. He can put in rides way above his weight class, as he did winning the 2019 Danish TT NC. He can also slot in a few spots under expectations on a bad day. Still, at only a 50k wage, he's worth a flyer as a potentially significant CT scorer when planned well. He currently doesn't do much for us in PCT, but for people targeting a TTT squad at the higher levels, he's also a great option.

Asgreen has been with Carlsberg since he was just a spry 22 year old. At 26, he has reached his maximum potential as a puncheur superdomestique. Obviously, we're not a team that like to invest in homegrown talents for year just to trade them to some other team. We'd love to have him stay for the foreseeable future.
However, sometimes team construction must be taken into account. Asgreen is a pure puncheur without much hope to score for himself in PCT. After a potential Juul-Jensen trade, it seems increasingly unlikely that adding a top puncheur would be in our plans, as we would instead rely on Aranburu, who Asgreen doesn't quite complement. Without someone to support, his role becomes a bit questionable. We haven't committed to selling him, but it's a real option. He's a value at 50k wages.
Matteo Fabbro has received a lot of interest, but is currently tied up in a swap deal. If you have any interest or would like to make a bid, of course please contact me! However, I won't move forward in negotiations past that unless the swap deal falls through.
The others have no formal cash bids yet. We're waiting on determining Asgreen's future for the time being, but Juul-Jensen and Quaade are very much up for grabs immediately! No official offers on them yet although there's a bit of interest. Please contact us any way you'd like (PM, Skype, Discord, Thread, etc) if you have any interest.
We also have an interesting rider looking for a PT loan right now:

Arturs is at Lvl. 4.00 and needs to be in PT to max out. He is already a more than capable time trialist for any TTT squad, and is also a very strong rider on the flats, which makes him useful for sprinter's teams or teams looking for breakaway appearances. His wage is just 50k.
Our ideal scenario for him would be that you pay his wage and we pay the fee, but all options can certainly be discussed, including wage splits.
Christopher Juul-Jensen has a deal on the table for just 550k. It's a situation we quite like for him, but we will of course still be accepting higher offers. If you have any interest, now is the time to act!
We have also obtained a loan arrangement for Arturs Belevics. Thank you for your interest.
No interest in Quaade yet. He's still on the table for cheap.
Additionally, we are in the market for taking level 1->3 loanees! These are the conditions:
1.) The lower the wage the better (50k or close is ideal)
2.) We will pay entire wage
3.) We receive mandatory fees
We suspect we will be near the minimum rider threshold this year, so there will definitely be plenty of race days to go around for talents specializing in all terrains. When your FA talents are sealed (or you decide to loan out a former stagiare), let us know if you have interest.
Still taking higher offers on both of these guys, as per the rules. Feel free to post in the deal threads or just contact me. I pretty much never leave my computer.
Edit: Additionally, just wanted to reiterate that we are open to 1->3 loanees on low wages, where we pay their entire wages and receive a fee depending on the rules and rider fit.

All previous deals are already sealed. Thanks for any interest.
We're leaning towards keeping Asgreen at the moment unless we get an above market offer. He's homegrown and too good a value at 50k even with our lack of a pure puncheur.
Instead, we are currently considering offers for:

A generalist more than a specialist, there are a ton of interesting ways to develop Suter into the ideal domestique. With the new fighter he could become a super powerful flat beast with essentially no weaknesses, but you could also take him a lot of other directions. He got his full race days as a stagiare last season and is still l'Avenir eligible, so he's very easy to go 1->3 with in both CT and PCT.
We don't need to get rid of him and won't take a super low bid, but since he's outside of our focus region, we're definitely willing to consider it for a fair price. Let us know if you have any interest!
Just in case there's someone out there in this spot:
If you are in need (or want) of salary relief and want to offload someone with somewhere around 100k wage for close to minimum fee, we're here. We can't offer much, but we'd potentially be willing to take on a rider whose wage is a little overpriced, as long as they still are more viable for scoring and support than the type of domestiques left in FA or at minimum wage.
We're not really looking to sell anyone else at the moment, but feel free to still inquire if you have any interesting ideas for swaps or any big offers for riders.
