When I start a pro cyclist career and I choose Finland for my country, there isn't Finnish national champion jersey, not even a World champion jersey. Is there any solution for this using maybe editor or something else? Thank ypu!

Are you using the default database? There are very few NCs in it, only the top dozen nations get to ride one, and even those are BS maps.
There is no Finnish NC or a Finnish national team in it that could ride the WC. That's why there are no jerseys to be won.
You need to get a user-built DB. Some of them have hundreds of NCs.
