Change color of yellow bar

Hi, I just want to ask if it is possible, and if so, how can I do it.

Can the color of the yellow bar be changed?

I have some color blindness and I am suffering horrors because sometimes I cannot perceive if the yellow bar has lowered or not, because I do not see the difference with the gray color to which it changes.
