Contreras is the big favorite and ISA should have the means to control the race for him and lead him out properly. Other than a late attack, Paez and Trillini are the biggest threats for him.

There’s still a group of amateur riders in front inside the final 5 kilometers. The pro riders are coming to the front on the left now with Paez, Rosas, Juarez, Trillini and Contreras.
The group is caught and Contreras is being led out, but not by Juarez, who’s fallen behind, instead by an amateur. Not the most comfortable position to be in.
But he is the surperior sprinter here by far, and when he accelerates, Contreras immediately opens a gap. This is very early, though.
It’s not even a challenge! Emiliano Contreras wins the Argentinian title with ease! Rosas pips Paez at the line to take silver.

Argentinian Championships - ITT
An interesting battle between Sepulveda and Rosas for the title. Bronze should be safe for Diaz.
Indeed, Diaz handily beats all previous times at the line, coming in at 1h06’59.
Rosas quickly overtakes him by a good 50 seconds.
But Eduardo Sepulveda makes it a double for ISA and takes the title by 23 seconds!
