Pro Cyclist Mode. What do these skills do?

Junior Rider Posts: 48 Joined: 09-05-2007 PCM$: 200.00	-Move up through the peloton. You press the button and your rider moves up by himself, or you press and then must move him with the dot/relay order? -Aerodynamic position. What does "gentle" mean in this context? Only flat terrain (-5%-+5%)? -Stealth. I have no idea what this does. It takes longer for your opponents to follow your attacks? What opponents? All of them? Thanks in advance.
