Two clear favourites here, with several outsiders. My advice for the favourites would be to not bring Havik to a sprint.
23.5 km to go as de Kleijn and Nieuwenhuis attack on the penultimate cobbled sector of the day. Gazelle the team chasing.
The duo gets caught quickly and we see the favourites attack! Gerts can’t get away with 13 km left, but Teunissen is able to get a gap on the last cobbled sector! 9 km to go!
The other favourites try to get him back on the cobbles, but fail. After the cobbles they try to cooperate in an attempt to still catch him, but alas. Teunissen wins the Dutch national championship of 2020!
More than half a minute later, Jakobsen beats the others to win silver.

Dutch Time Trial Championship
Several riders with a shot at winning the Dutch time trial championship, Keizer the top favourite.
Ligthart was one of the first starters and was able to dive under 1h04’, which is decent. Both Dumoulin and Gesink already 30” behind his time at the first chrono, they won’t win today.
Van Winden is the first to dive under Ligthart’s time: 1h02’47”.
Lammertink could make up for a disappointing road championship for eBuddy. He currently has the best time with only Keizer to come in: 1h02’26”
But Keizer is simply too strong and finishes another twenty seconds faster!
