Amador the Costa Rican favourite, Liphongyu the Thai to watch.
Team UBS controls the peloton for the whole race, but with 4 km to go there is an attack by Boonratanathanakorn! Guillen and Mudarra follow him!
The Thai from King Power solo under the flamme rouge! In the group behind him, Costa Rican favourites Amador and Brenes are looking at each other for the Costa Rican title, while Phodingam is with them and Thai pre-race favourite Liphongyu is another 30” behind!
A great move by Boonratanathanakorn is rewarded with the Thai national title!
And behind him it’s Brenes who is able to outsprint Amador, which is also a little bit surprising! King Power and Indosat Ooredoo both have an extra national champion!

Thai and Costa Rican Time Trial Championship
Amador obviously going to win the Costa Rican time trial championship, but the Thai one will be close.
Liphongyu sets the best time so far with the two other favourites to come: 1h03’54”.
Mano clearly the strongest Thai today, as he is 1’30” faster than his opponent.
And a very easy win for Amador as well, being 22” faster than Mano and more than three minutes faster than Costa Rican road champion Brenes!
