Aregger the favourite but several similar sprinters, whereas teams like UBS and Centovalli might be able to do something with their team’s size as well.
Centovalli ensured the early break didn’t win the race and caught them with 15 km to go. Suter went for an attack with 10 km left, but the UBS troops kept him at bay. 5 km to go!
An amateur rider attacks with 2 km to go, Lienhard the first to follow him. A group of +-10 riders gets a small gap over the peloton, the best sprinters in this group should be Stocker and Aregger.
Stocker starts with sprint with 600 meters to go and with a strong acceleration he builds a nice gap over his rival from Puma!
And he is able to hold his ground! Centovalli wins the Swiss road NC, manager Fabianski will be a happy man!

Swiss Time Trial Championship
I mean, we already know the winner, don’t we?
No double for Centovalli, as Brüngger isn’t even able to top the current best time of Schäppi, and neither is his teammate Schär able to do so.
Stüssi clearly faster than anyone else so far. His time at the finish is 1h05’05”.
But Dillier only needs 1h03’09” and wins the Swiss time trial NC!
