DB installation problem + custom tour

Hello,

I acquired PCM2019 on Steam and to say the least is that the customization is much less obvious than in the CD versions.

First, I created a 2004 database but I do not know in which folder to place it so that it is taken into account by the game. I put it in Programs / steam / steamapps / common / pcm2019 / database but impossible to select it in the game. Obviously, the method differs from the CD versions.

Second, and much more curious, I created a custom tour in .cdx files, using the routes duly installed in the Programs / steam / steamapps / common / pcm2019 / CM_stages, but this custom tour appears in duplicate when I try to test in "simple race", and neither of the two tracks is exact since in the first 18 stages are correct (with three stages of 2019 involved, the 2-4-20), and in the second it is is the reverse, all are erroneous and instead include those of 2019 except for 2-4-20. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Sorry if these questions have been asked before, but I also couldn't find the manual on Steam (which maybe explains how to do this).
