Hi, I'm Edvald Boasson Hagen. Some people say I'm going to be a great rider, all based on a computer game. Me? I'm just going to take it as it comes, work hard for places and try to be the greatest rider at the time at some point.Banana

My Career:

Career

Hagen joined the Norwegian continental team Team Maxbo Bianchi in 2006 and in his first season in the continental circuits he took eight wins including three stages of the Tour de l'Avenir.[1]
In 2007 he enjoyed a successful season and scored fifteen wins, ending up second in number of victories behind ProTour sprinter Alessandro Petacchi. But, after the disqualification of the Italian in May 2008 by doping, Alessandro Petacchi lost 5 stage wins in the 2007 Giro resulting in Boasson Hagen having the most victories. Boasson won the overall classification as well as stages at Paris-Corrèze, Ringerike GP and Istrian Spring Trophy. He also took stages at Tour of Ireland, Tour de Normandie and Tour de Bretagne as well as the Norwegian time trial championship. As a result of this achievements, he finished fifth in the individual point standings of 2006-2007 UCI Europe Tour. In early 2007 it was announced that for 2008 season he would leave Team Maxbo Bianchi for the German UCI ProTeam T-Mobile Team.[2] In late 2007 it was announced that Deutsche Telekom was to end sponsorship of T-Mobile Team with immediate effect. The team continued under the name "Team High Road".[3] The team will participate in the 2008 Tour de France as "Team Columbia".
[edit]Team High Road/Team Columbia (2008–)
Hagen began the 2008 season with a fifth place in the prologue of Tour of California, ahead of established time trial specialists like David Millar and Gustav Larsson. He later won the concluding individual time trial of Criterium International ahead of teammate Tony Martin and the Grand Prix de Denain. He also finished second at the Commerce Bank Reading Classic and became the Norway National Time Trial Champion for the second year in a row. Later in the year he competed in the Beijing Olympics Road Race, finishing 71th, and entered the ProTour race Eneco Tour of Benelux aiming for the overall classification. He finished third in the prologue and was well placed in the following stages when in the fifth stage the front of the peloton split in the strong cross winds and left him 14 minutes behind the leaders. Hagen lost any chance of overall victory but made up by winning the following stage in Brussels by passing Jimmy Engoulvent in the final 15 meter of the race.[4]

COLUMBIA GET YOUNG TRIO

Team Columbia have picked three riders of the Free Agent tree.Lars Boom is the main signing, along with Jonny Bellis and Taylor Phinney.

Boom:
I am happy with this deal at Columbia and I shall ride as well as possible.

Phinney:
It's awesome you know? Being at home training, checking your e-mails and
finding that you've been Approached by a huge club.

Sometimes in my career to, but he just suddenly blooms and gets crazy stats Smile

I remember in PCM 06, Hagen became too strong, with 83 riding, 82 climbing, 83 time trial, 82 hill, 76 cobbles, 82 endurance, 83 resistance, 81 recuperation, 72 downhill and 76 attacking.
Too sick.

Well, if this is one of Dankan's DBs it's gonna be the same. In Dani's DBs the stats go to hell after one season.

Sevilla and Gárate are winning grand tours and Vanendert is winning classics after 1 season with the plus package...

Hagens stats never changes in my careers after 3-4 years in the Plus Package, but some other stats gets crazy after a season or two.

Well, basicly thats because all the "8" potential riders - or at least the young ones - are already at their max potential value for some reason. The easy way seems to be to edit them once you start a new career, instead of editing the DB itself.

Wierd, the stat caps aren't at the same level as their stats, they are at 85 for his flat and so on....
