Many problems once the game installed

Hi everyone,

I just bought PCM 2019 on steam, I can't find any database editor or stage editor, none of the mods I downloaded on steam can be found in the directory either.
and there I chain in loop, because of PCM, the downloads of 19 GB (it is the third) which stuffs my hard disk and I don't know where these new files go (not ° _ °.

Moreover, I see nothing in the modding section in the options either. Neither new database nor Stage editor.

Someone know how to fix it ?
