Hey!

Back in the days, there was an option in-game that let you choose the speed of evolution of the riders. I cant find it anymore. Is there a way to change this with PCM21?

In the config/options file of the appdata pcm 2021 folder you can set a value in the following column:
<Option_Career_CaracsEvo>0.500000</Option_Career_CaracsEvo>

Default it's set to 0.500.
I haven't tried it yet but it should theoretically work to slow down or increase the rider development.
