PCM21 - Missing leader type and problems with Race rules

Hi guys,

I have two troubles with PCM Fast Editor for PCM21, which worked in previous versions and now I can´t find the solution.

1) First is that I can´t find "Leader type" column in Cyclists database. There was such a column in previous versions. Is there any other option how to edit, which riders should be leader of his team f.e. in Tour or Giro.
This always ensured me, that those riders will be in a startlist.
Is there any other option how to set that this rider have to be in specific race or edit startlist in existing career?

2) I wanted to set 9 riders in Tour, Giro and Vuelta. In previous versions of PCM Fast Editor I did it through STA_race rules, see below, and it worked well.
Now I did it same way for PCM21 and when I went to 3d race in career mode, it crashes down. And I can´t find out why.


I will really appreciate, if you´ll find a time to look at it and let me know if you know any solution.
