Sorry for my ignorance, but what affects a riders morale and how can it be improved ???

If a good rider isn't performing well he looses morale, if he rides well it goes up.

They can also loose morale from you giving them a role that isn't in their contract, for example having Contador as a team mate.

I have Soler contracted as absolute leader, but have used him mainly in the mountain points competition in races. Also I think I may have neglected Gasporatto and used Hunter as my primary sprinter. Thx regards Jaywol.
