Change generating probability young riders

Hi there,

I wanted to start a new career with the PCM2021.
This time I wanted to create an ecuadorian team with only ecuadorian riders.

I know how to setup the team and sponsors etc.
I just wanted to ask if there is a way to improve the probability of young riders to be from Ecuador?

Yeah, you can find it in STA_region. You'll want to edit gene_i_weight.
In typical Cyanide fashion, the number is not simply how many riders it generates every year. But something much more complicated than necessary.
As far as I could find out, it's something like this:

Ahh, I thought that this value determines the physical weight of the riders, since there were many nordic countries with a high value in there ^^

If I don't like these randomly generated young riders would adding zero for each region stop the process?

I don't know the answer to that. But surely you need newgens to replace retiring riders?
