You can chance in a savegame but not in a DB.
Describtion: You open DYN_team with Hannes, and fin your team, then you go out and find finany_f_intial_amount, finanm_f_intial_amount and finan_f_season_income. An in thoose you chance the number to what ever you like as budget hope you understood.

I cannot give you instructions how to fix the game over problem. I have read about people who took one of the offered team and then used the converter tried to change back to the own team. I gave both of them the same information but only one of them was able to continue his career. And since you were not even able to change the budget I believe it is easier to use the backup and try to fix the budget once more and this time for good.
1. write down the budget of your sponsor (the amount which never changes during the season)
2. make copy of save
3. open save in converter (only DYN_team) or full editor
4. Search your team in DYN_team
5. On that line search the amount you wrote down (Step 1). It might have some numbers after the . (example: 100100.1242178)
6. Write some huge number there
7. Save the changes
8. Create new DB
9. Start game and test it
The same goes for the salary cap (wage budget). Search for that value on the line of your team (If you find it 2 times, then edit at both places)
