I'm doing a carreer with a team (usually i play pro cyclist mode) and mid April i start getting some of my riders saying that they have a Loaded Schedule, which undermines their morale.

I do place them on races only on hard training weeks.

Aside placing them out of races for a while, what do you do:
- 2/3 races per month?
- Any specific number of race days per month?

I understand that this might depend on each individual rider.

Are any stats relevant for this?
