How do set up your training?

Hello!
My riders don´t seem to developing and get any better. How do you do?

* with trainers?
* what specialiation do you use for each rider/rider type in the training field?
* Training load per week?

other things?

Development happens in fits, for months nothing seems to happen and then you'll suddenly see a jump. Well, with young riders who can still improve at least. It might be that your riders are already at their maximum. You could always take a peak with an editor and see if they can improve further.

I'm not sure if anybody has done extensive testing with trainers, but it's pretty certain that trainers will increase development speed, the better the trainers the faster.

Usually you'll probably focus on the core skills with training and only later switch to something else, even if the core skill is maxed there's probably some room left in the secondary stats.

No idea if the training load makes any difference to development, but for fitness alone you'll want as high a load as possible without your riders getting tired, try and plan break weeks accordingly.
