Adding a new team to a database

Junior Rider Posts: 42 Joined: 04-04-2013 PCM$: 200.00	Hi guys, I created a jersey and all the accessoires for a custom team. I also added it to the database in order to use it as a custom team in career mode. But as I want to create my team, it says that the chosen initials are already chosen by another team. When I look at the database, it shows that these initials are only being used by the team I was hoping to manage. Just like BMC or SKY are also in use by custom teams that I can choose in the team selection menu. How can I fix this? Furthermore I also thought that I would have to add the team's calendar types (e.g. Italian, South American or Nordic circuit) and equipment. I would really like to have the equipment suppliers which I have added as sponsors to my jersey. Thanks for your time, guys!
