Anyone know if have any DB for PCM20 with low based stats?

Trying to find a DB with a low base stats and not with 80+ like pretty much every one. I think the gameplay is better with stats calculated from below and not that high.

If you are an OG, you probably know and remember the great "full cycling manager" database Pfft

I could change stats but i really don't know much about this.

The French Community db, on Le Gruppetto uses a range from 60-80 I think, so that might be what you are looking for. I think they also edited the youngrider xmls so that regens stay within those ranges as well, keeping the stat structure intact after multiple seasons of career.
