[Tool] PCM TT to tweak games

Hello,

Having several PCM games and managing them could be tedious sometimes.
I made this simple tool for myself but for the community as well.
This can help users to clean up, fix and tweak the game.
The tool should work with PCM 2013 to 2020 although I don't have all the PCM games myself.
The tool will automatically detect your game(s).
I will develop new features later on. Any feedback is welcome Wink

If someone has PCM 14, PCM 15, PCM 16, PCM 17 or PCM 19: I would be interested to get some fresh installed documents so as to test the tool with these games.

Interesting, what does skill training rate setting do?

This value should be used for both increase and decrease in skills.
By default it is set to 0.5
Since PCM18 I think, the increase or decrease is not done point by point but with a step of one or several points.
Having a low value will delay rider progression but should let them keep acceptable skills at 30-35 years.


I think I should name the function "Skill change rate" Smile
