Only three riders on a team in the Giro.

Hello Community,
I'm playing PCM from the real beginning but now i have a problem. Every team must represent 8 riders at a grand tour but Bora is with only three riders in the Giro.
Is this a fault in the game and must i live with this or are there possibilities to fix this.
